Rolling Stone rocker Ronnie Wood is facing a $92.5 million payout to his estranged wife, Jo, 53, who is seeking a divorce.

Wood, 61, is accused of having an affair with a 20-year-old Russian cocktail waitress, Ekaterina Ivanova. The rocker, who spent the summer in rehab for alcohol addiction, is now living with the woman, putting an official end to his 23-year-old marriage, according to media reports.

Reports have said Ivanova has become the inspiration for Woods, who is an avid painter.

Jo Woods has long been involved in his career, working as his executive assistant and helping with finances and business deals. She owns her own company, Jo Wood Organics, making beauty and bodycare products.
