Banjo-playing Emily Robison of Dixie Chicks fame and songwriter husband Charlie Robison finalized their divorce in August 2008. The couple married in 1999 and have three children, Charles, Julianna and Henry.

Charlie Robison filed for divorce in San Antonio, Texas, in January, saying the marriage had "become insupportable because of discord and or conflict of personalities."

Band member Martie Maguire, Robison's older sister, wrote the country hit "Cowboy Take Me Away," as a tribute to the couple's relationship.

A representative for Charlie Robison said the couple remains "good friends."
