Positive thought is tough because 95% of the news is negative and 5% is positive, so it is harder to think positive. Our life is what our thoughts make it. Change is the law of life and you must change toward a positive outlook. No happiness comes without action, so make time to do things that bring yourself happiness. Donot be hard on yourself as we all tend to be, I am struggling everyday to be positive and yes, it is tough. But you know, it could always be worse, really it can. Remember that you are a unique, special individual on this earth, we all are, and we are all struggling with something. Don't sell yourself short as you have much to live for.............Kev

Redstar, I read in Mil's blog that you're filing your paperwork this week. If you need to cry then so be it. Prove to the SOB that you are human. I couldn't help but cry. I just walked into the courtroom and tears started streaming down my face. I felt like an idiot. He showed absolutely no emotion but texted my girls later that he was having a bad day. Geez, I wonder why. If you don't want to cry then don't, but don't be ashamed of it.

Hi Red, Thank you for your comments which reveal insight. We will be ok. We must understand that fact above all else. What state do you live? Just wondering. I am in Edmonton, Canada. Life is too long to be miserable and too short to be happy. You must keep your chin up and realize that when there are difficulties, opportunities arise. Can we have contact again? I am 53 and have loads of life left in me. This whole year, I have not earned anything as it is so devastating to me. I have written the year off and 2010 will be super. I am a no pressure guy and you certainly donot have to write me, that would be fine as well. I have made it to 6 months and this I cannot beleive. Read my story if you wish. My best regards, Kev
