That "Dr." left a blog stating pretty much the same as what was left on my wall so I did respond to the blog. It's a beautiful, bright, sunny day here! around 72 degrees. I should be out running around with my dog but I hadn't been on Dsite in so long I thought I'd chime in.

Thank you for the uplifting words of encouragement you posted on my page in May. I have been on hiatus away from the site for quite a long time. Attempting to change my brain, change my thoughts to move forward and not fall into the pit of self destruction, self pity, self loathing, etc. The self world is nothing but selfish and I don't like that world. After writing that I instantly feel sorry for my husband because he chose to run away and live in that selfish world. "Love Must Be Tough" by Dr. Dobson is a great book for those who are hurting as result of infidelity and loss of trust issues. I also have a great book "Real Love - The truth about finding unconditional love & fulfilling relationships" by Greg Baer, M.D. The most fundamental principle of all relationships is the Law of Choice. We all have the right to choose what say or do. We are not responsible for what another person says or does - just responsible for our own words and actions. Take care out there. Thank you again for the encouraging words. They are a blessing and light shining in the pain of darkness...

Yes, every once in a while I do my drive by. I still feel this anger/rage towards ex. I hate myself for wasting all my time and energy on that piece garbage. Still working on my issues.....(sigh)
