ALIMONY

I am planning to file,  My wife does not make as much money as me.  Neither of us have been unfaithfull.  I am just not happy anymore.  we live in W.V.  she will probably move back to N.C.  I will assume all of the debt, will she recieve alimony?

The basis is on the health and the economic factors of the case..... unless she has been cruel to you.... and has deliberately caused harm to you.... and likewise during the course of marriage.... your treatment of your spouse could be considered.

However at large and a general ground rule is the standard of living that was established by your wife at the time of the seperation.

Alimony is the hardest thing to predict.  Child support is basically a calculator but alimony is tough. Usually an attn can ballpark it in the first meeting.  factors vary a lot from state to state - 

anyone here is from WV?
