Is Cooking a Reason For Divorce?

A New Delhi man is divorcing his wife. His reason? He only eats take out food.

Raj Kumar told the Indian divorce court that after a year of eating only fast food, he's fed up.  Kumar told the court, "I even taught her to cook as well but it was of no help. I am just tired of eating take-away food from restaurants and stalls. I need a divorce."

The court is expected to decide soon.

Huh...I have a lot I could say to this one, but I'll just bite my tongue for the moment...

Uh, no I won't...

Does he not have 2 hands and the ability to cook himself?

Oh, well...different culture, different expectations of marriage, I guess.

Me, I'd be saying to him what I said to my husband, "Don't like what I cook/make/get for dinner? Get your own darn food, then, and quit cher bitchin'!"

(okay, so I didn't quite say it that way, but it kind of was like that drawn out over the course of our marriage)
