How Far would You go to Avoid Paying out on a Divorce?

A Phoenix man was arrested for hiring a hit man to kill his wife, her parents, and her sisiter.

Dimitri Rozenman was going through a divorce with his wife. They judge had just ruled that he pay out $476,000 for his wife's portion of the family's cigar business. Rozenman grew angry and contacted a hit man to have his wife and her family killed.

The couple have 3 children, and were granted joint custody because in the opinion of the court, Dimitri was a "capable father," and "rational."
