I don't know if since the 3 months I've been divorced I've had a full good day yet. When nothing from my past has come to bite me on the ass. I honestly don't. But the things that bother me are getting less significant, so I must be making progress. You will too. Each day you get up and keep moving and survive is a day closer to a full day of freedom and happiness.

Oh. I don't know then I always thought it would be easier if you had someone at home waiting.  Maybe it isn't sometimes even when I am with people I feel so alone.  Music helps it really does.  I put together a playlist of upbeat songs I listen to an just rock out.  If you need me contact me you can email me through here, and talk about whatever.  Some individuals on this site were nice enough to do that for me and it helped alot.  You see you can vent and tell me anything and I will be honest with you, because I know what you are going through.  So just know I am here if you need it.

I know its fine all day then you get home your alone and you suddenly are there at that point.  Here is a tip I started working out, and when I hit that point I plugged in my wii and played tennis yes by myself.  I also would go out and look at books at the store.  Finally I am researching a book I am going to finally try writing always wanted to but never had the time.  Now I have time.  I am also fixing up my house on my own its nice and wears you out.
